How to introduce yourself, your expertise, your services or your business in different professional situations — naturally, clearly and without sounding rehearsed.
We will work with a self-presentation formula and practise together during the session.
You will work on: your own ready-to-use self-presentation and its variations for different audiences and situations.

Professional Visibility
How to make sure the right people know who you are and what you do.
Why professional visibility matters for business and career growth, what instruments you can use and how to choose the ones that actually work for you.
We will look at different visibility strategies and real examples, define your own visibility goals and explore how AI can help you build visibility faster.
You will work on: your visibility goals, instruments and personal visibility strategy, using AI for your visibility.

Strategic Networking
How to build connections that can actually move you towards your goals.
Networking does not have to mean going to huge events and talking to random people. We will start with your goals, understand who you actually need to know, analyse the network you already have and identify where the right new connections can come from.
You will work on: your personal networking strategy, priority connections and concrete next steps.

We will have a deeper discussion of your goals, visibility strategy, connections and opportunities.

About Irina
Hi, I am Irina.
I'm a networking expert, business development consultant, speaker, and founder of the Ladies Who Talk community and Talk Academy.
Before moving into entrepreneurship, I spent 14+ years in international law firms as Counsel and Head of Practice, working with clients including Nike, Clarins, Nestlé, MARS, Cisco, TEVA, Johnson & Johnson, and Unilever.
Networking, professional visibility and public speaking helped me grow my legal career, attract clients, build businesses, create professional communities and eventually completely reinvent my career after moving countries.
